Is Adidas’ boost technology their trump card against Nike and their way back into the game?!?!

Boost is a relatively recently developed material that has been wildly popular amongst society since its debut.

Boost first debuted on the Adidas Ultra Boost in 2015. The boost material is made of small granules of tpu, organised in a Styrofoam appearance.

The cushioning is extremely comfortable, first appearing as part of Adidas’ wider running range of shoes. As boost grew in popularity Adidas paid attention to the wants of customers and decided to place boost technology on a wider range of shoes.

The boost technology eventually made its way onto life style shoes, the first life style shoe being Kanye’s Yeezy Boost. Since then other shoes have gone on to show case Adidas’ popular technology.
